This list is in no particular order. But all true. Hopefully, this list will serve as a reminder and I will finally learn my lesson.

Lets be honest....sleeping through a byu game isn't a bad thing. Lol
But think of all the fun we had when we did stay up late! Actually, I think that was the only time we had fun. Okay, not really, but it was awesome! Also, I've resigned to the fact that, as an adult, I will always be tired--no matter how much sleep I get.
You really fell asleep in social situations and fell in the shower?? Wow. I thought I was the queen of falling asleep everywhere, but I renounce my crown to you! I think my worst was on the mission in a lesson and at the computer lab.
It sounds like you need extra motivation to get good sleep, so I'm asking you, as your long lost friend, to get to sleep!! There. Now you'll be disappointing me if you don't sleep. Think about that every time you stay up. Miss ya girl!
